ABOUT

Clear transparent advice

Maclaren Warner Solicitors was created in 1986 to serve the local communities in which we are based. We pride ourselves on the local knowledge of our Solicitors and employees. We have traditional values and offer a personal service including home visits, face to face meetings with clients and a sympathetic approach in clients’ times of need.

We are proud to offer a competitive service with no hidden charges. Our offices are conveniently located in the town centres of Ilkeston and Eastwood.

PHILOSOPHY

Client centric expertise, delivered with care

Maclaren Warner values its clients above all else, viewing them as our most valuable asset. Our primary goal is ensuring the ongoing welfare of those we serve. We firmly believe that a thriving practice is established through client satisfaction, rather than prioritising financial gains through case manipulation for higher attorney fees. Genuine success stems from fulfilling client needs, not simply monetary gains.

Moreover, our firm is committed to serving the community responsibly. We prioritise treating clients, witnesses, jurors, fellow attorneys, and court staff with respect and civility, recognising the importance of courtesy in all interactions.

TRANSPARENCY

Clear communication, every step of the way

Primarily, Maclaren Warner steadfastly upholds its fiduciary responsibility to its clients, consistently embodying high standards of ethics, honesty, trustworthiness, and compliance with state and national laws. Additionally, the firm deeply respects the rights of others and the judicial system. Leveraging its extensive experience in serving various corporations, business entities, and private individuals, Maclaren Warner ensures comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective representation for each client. Very thorough and helpful.

Steve Robinson

Simon has done over eight property conveyance projects for me and would recommend them to anyone….

Chris Wroe
Great experience. Simon Kassell handled the purchase and sale of our houses and we have no hesitation in making use of his services now for the sale of our current home. Very professional, efficient and effective service. And good value for money – not a rip-off!
Simon Beckett
I have only ever work with Simon for my conveyancing, he and his team are excellent.
Lyn Gregory

I am currently using these for moving house and I must say they are the best, excellent communication, and my solicitor keeps me updated constantly.

Dale Baker

I recently used Maclaren Warner (Eastwood branch) for the conveyancing of a property purchase which had some challenges over a standard house buy. I can honestly say the team at Eastwood were great, always able to get hold of them via phone and good response times for emails etc. Tahiba was a particular member of the team who lead our process and she was fantastic at updating and coming back regularly, as well as working with us to overcome the challenges throughout the process. Really grateful of her efforts.

Agnieszka Plechawska

I was in contact with Eastwood branch. Very quick at replying. When giving a quote they had checked some additional information as my buying situation was not a standard one. They made necessary checks themselves before giving me the quote. Kari I. was very helpful and prompt in actions and communication by email and phone!

Natalie Moffatt

I’m currently using MaClaren Warners and can honestly say it’s been a breath of fresh air!
Lisa is so prompt, she’s always
keeping me updated, I’ve never had to ring or chase her because I’m so well informed of the latest developments.

She’s extremely thorough and has helped to resolve a few speed bumps along the way. I can’t sing her praises enough and would never want to use another solicitor again!
